TokeNatura
We are a biobank specialized in the tokenization of assets, with a specific focus on the biodiversity market.

Our Methodology
For biodiversity sampling, we employ a comprehensive approach that combines advanced tools with the expertise of biologists. We conduct field analyses in the territories, where biologists create detailed lists of present species, evaluate the potential for ecological succession, and calculate the area's biodiversity levels. This field analysis is complemented by the use of satellite services, enabling continuous monitoring of the land's growth and ecosystem preservation from the start of our operations, as well as the implementation of motion-activated cameras to identify species not observed during sampling. Throughout the process, biodiversity experts carry out thorough analyses to identify new species and study ecological changes, ensuring precise monitoring tailored to the dynamics of each terrain.
Sierra Nevada Project
The Sierra Nevada project, known as La Línea Negra, is a strategic collaboration with the Mamos, spiritual leaders and guardians of the land, who actively participate in every phase of the process. From selecting the terrains to be tokenized to implementing measures for restoring affected areas, their ancestral knowledge guides key decisions. The funds generated from token sales will initially be used to recover Indigenous lands currently held by farmers, where biodiversity has been severely impacted. This project has been meticulously planned over a long period to ensure its success and sustainability.

Our Mission
At Tokenatura, our mission is to provide an environmental offset solution for companies, helping mitigate the impact of their activities while restoring biodiversity levels in ancestral territories, such as the Arhuaco lands. With our technology, we not only tokenize these areas for their preservation but also promote ecological restoration. We firmly believe that, in the future, farmers who currently resort to deforestation for agricultural purposes will realize that preservation, supported by our technology, is a more profitable and sustainable alternative.

Biodiversity Study in the Arhuaco Indigenous Territory of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
Abstract:
This report presents the results of biodiversity sampling and analysis in areas of high ecological importance, such as the Indigenous Arhuaco Resguardo of Businchama, located in the Sierra Nevada. It explores species composition patterns and diversity at different altitudes, along with the assessment of risks and the biological significance of these ecosystems.
